English-speaking relationship therapist [in training] specialising in long-term love, modern dating and trauma therapy
My approach
I have a holistic approach to therapy, and I believe our experiences with dating and relationships can deeply impact our overall well-being. So when we work together, we’ll look at everything: your mind and its patterns, how your body holds onto emotions, your relationships, your career, and anything else that makes you uniquely you.
What I offer
Individual therapy
Conversation-based therapy where we focus on your unique challenges and make space for anything that’s on your mind. Together, we’ll explore both your inner world and the external experiences shaping it, especially around dating, relationships, love, intimacy, self-esteem and self-worth, and any difficulties linked to your past. Nothing is off-limits.

What to expect
If you’ve never been to therapy before, it might feel a little daunting to seek help. Here’s what you can expect from our sessions:
Confidentiality: Anything shared in this space stays here. I will not share any information about you with a third party unless you consent.
Online: The therapy is conducted via Google Meet, allowing you to sit wherever you feel safe and comfortable.
Conversation-based: Through conversation, I’ll work with you to gain awareness about what aspects of your life are working and which aren’t.
Preparation: You don’t need to prepare anything before our first session.
About me
I’m Maddi, a sex & relationship therapist in training at the International Academy of Sexology in Copenhagen. I’ve always been interested in human behaviour and how we present ourselves in this world. So, after nearly 13 years in various creative roles, I decided to take the leap and try something new.
Outside of work, I enjoy reading, running and spending time with animals.
